Every autumn, when the Fœhn wind blows, something magical happens in the Chateau Jolys vineyards: passerillage. The skins of the Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng grapes turn gold, and their juice becomes richer. That’s when Marion Latrille and her team pick these grapes which give her Jurançon wines such unique and exquisite aromas: exotic fruit, pineapple, honey and citrus fruit.
